About the Founders

Lauren Goldman is a Canadian Registered Nurse, aesthetic injector, entrepreneur, and advanced practice nursing student based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her career combines clinical nursing, medical aesthetics, and healthcare leadership, with a strong focus on patient safety, evidence-based care, and natural aesthetic outcomes.
Lauren began her nursing career in 2005 after completing her Psychiatric Nursing Diploma and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN). She first worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Edmonton, where she developed strong clinical skills caring for critically ill newborns and supporting families through complex medical situations. She later transitioned to the operating room in Winnipeg, where she refined her technical precision, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards of patient care.
In 2021, Lauren expanded her practice into medical aesthetics, becoming a certified aesthetic nurse injector. She is known for delivering safe, evidence-based treatments that focus on facial harmony, subtle enhancements, and individualized treatment planning.
Lauren is the founder of Skin Suite Laser & Medical Aesthetics, a Winnipeg-based clinic offering neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and medical-grade skincare. She also founded The Skin Pantry, a curated skincare retail concept focused on providing high-quality, medical-grade skincare products and personalized skin health guidance.
She is currently completing graduate-level Nurse Practitioner training, further strengthening her expertise in primary care, dermatology, and evidence-based medicine.

Rosie Gupta was a licensed massage therapist in Winnipeg for 10 years. After taking a short break from having her two sons she decided to recreate herself as a Certified Laser and Medical Aesthetics esthetician, over the past 8 years she’s welcomed clients to Oxford Laser Skin Solutions and provided the best in laser hair removal, vascular, skin rejuvenation, medical grade chemical peels and professional grade masks. Now together with Lauren they are launching a new clinic, Skin Suite Laser and Medical Aesthetics in Winnipeg.
